We are a Grade 2 and Grade 4 Pipe Band based in Tawa, just a few kilometres north of Wellington who practise out of the Tawa Pipe Band Hall at the Redwood Train Station, Tawa every Tuesday night from 6.30pm.

The band is led by P/M Davey Welsh and D/M Trina Berry.

The Band have gone from strength to strength in recent years, moving from Grade 4B to Grade 2 within 5 years.  We were Grade 3 National Champions in 2016, Grade 2 runners up in 2018 and Grade 4B Champions that same year. 

We are now a band with a very solid foundation with a continued thirst for success,whilst maintaining a quality learning and development structure.  So please don't hesitate to contact us if you want to come and share in this success and play some great music.
